StakerIQ's models have been backtested at 75%+ directional accuracy (self-reported, internally measured) across the tested historical periods and market conditions described in our methodology documentation. Past backtested accuracy does not guarantee future results.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the StakerIQ platform, website, and API (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Services.
2. Nature of the Services
StakerIQ provides mathematical calculations, statistical probabilities, and quantitative data aggregation based on historical and current technical/fundamental inputs. The "Scores", "Directions", and "Outputs" provided by the Services are computer-generated data points. They are not to be construed as personalized investment advice, recommendations, or guarantees of future market performance.
3. Subscription and Billing
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We offer a full refund within 14 days of any initial subscription charge. Following the 14-day window, no partial-month refunds are provided, but your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. Limitation of Liability
Trading equities involves a significant risk of loss. In no event shall StakerIQ LLC, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services or any trading decisions you make based on the outputs provided by the Services.
